  • Leszek Mania

    A graduate of Poznan University of Technology, faculty of Machine Construction.
    He has professional experience gained
    as a board member
    in companies dealing in glass packaging, electrics and plastic processing.
    He successfully performed restructuring  tasks both on the domestic market and abroad.
    He gained expertise in investment processes, particularly in beginning to end construction of production plants as well as getting them started.

  • Michał Tyczka

    a partner at BDMiP





    A solicitor, a graduate
    of Law and Administration faculty at the University
    of Adam Mickiewicz in Poznan, He had his apprenticeship in the legal profession with the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Poznan.
    A lawyer with several years of experience in legal services for economic entities, since 1997 he has been cooperating with Działynska & Partnerzy Lawyer’s Office. He has several years of experience in managing legal actions both in general court and administrative court.
    He is an expert in out of court settling solutions, particularly in mediation. He specializes in civil, economic and tax legislation. He is an expert in corporate legislation.
